People First Strategy
The most important trait in marketing professionals is empathy. Our job is to solve people's problems with the products we're working with. If we don't understand the problems that people are facing, there's no way we can be good at our jobs. That’s why I approach every conversation with an open mind. Insights are everywhere, you just have to listen to the people you’re with. I’ve worked on campaigns for both national and Chicago-based brands, always starting with the human insight and building strategy and creative from there.
